Will I meet my pet sitter?

Once you’ve completely filled out your and your pet’s information and selected your services and dates you can order your meet and greet through the client portal. We cannot proceed with your meet and greet until this important information has been updated in your portal so that we can match you with an available sitter that matches your dates and needs.

Will I have the same sitter every time?

While this is our goal it’s going to depend upon your sitter’s availability. This is why we dedicate substantial time into building pet sitting teams. Every one of Doggie Latchkey’s professional sitters have been fully vetted and trained to step up when needed. You’ll always have a back up should it be necessary.

How will the sitter access my home?

The preferred method is via a coded lockbox or garage door code. There should always be a back-up means of entry. This information should always be kept up to date in your client portal.

What if I have to make a change to my order?

We always suggest updating any change in your client portal first. After you’ve completed this step feel free to reach out to us by email to confirm that we have your new requests.

What if I need to cancel my cat sitting services?

Again, use your client portal to request cancellation. This is the only way for us to process any refund or credit for future services per Doggie Latchkey’s Cancellation Policy.
